This renovation of a suburban bungalow transformed the dwelling into a contemporary and appropriate response t0 its’ context and site. Opening the building to the rear lawn, pool and views, drawing daylight into the centre of the house, capturing cooling summer breezes, economical use of natural materials and maintaining privacy were priorities of the client builder.
